The Enterprise Account Coordinator will work with merchant partners to drive revenue growth and operational excellence, supporting senior Partner Managers and collaborating with various teams to optimize partnerships.

Responsibilities
Assisting merchants with setup, administrative tasks, and operational support to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing success
Providing support to Client Partners and Account Managers with documentation, reporting, and data analysis
Managing and maintaining accurate records, contracts, and client documentation
Generating reports and insights from data to support account strategies and decision-making
Coordinating internal processes to ensure seamless execution of client and merchant needs
Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance account performance
Qualification
Required
At least 1-2 years of experience in B2B operations (Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or upper management retail/food industry)
Preferred
Experience in an account management, customer support, or administrative role in a business or tech-driven environment
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and data analytics platforms
Ability to interpret data and generate insights
Strong collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools for data analysis
Basic proficiency in SQL, with the ability to adjust and refine queries as needed
