They are seeking a Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate Developer responsible for building custom applications, automating workflows, and integrating data sources using Microsoft Power Platform tools, particularly for a Healthcare Client.

Responsibilities
Develop and customize Power Apps applications based on defined business requirements
Design, build, and maintain Power Automate flows for process automation, approvals, notifications, and data integrations
Integrate solutions with SharePoint, Dataverse, and other Microsoft and third‑party services
Execute quality assurance procedures, oversee testing and debugging, and implement necessary fixes
Research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software‑related issues; recommend enhancements as needed
Collaborate closely with the App Architect and business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with acceptance criteria
Document technical designs, process workflows, and user guides for delivered solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
3–5 years of experience in application development or systems analysis
Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) and Power Automate
Strong understanding of data modeling, connectors, and security roles within the Power Platform
Passion for improving business processes and enhancing user experience
Preferred
Master's Degree
Experience with SDLC, Azure DevOps, and environment management
Familiarity with Power BI and custom connectors
