The role involves providing comprehensive ENT care, performing various procedures, and collaborating with healthcare providers in a community-focused environment.
Information Technology
Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat conditions of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck
Perform outpatient and inpatient ENT procedures, including but not limited to:
+ Endoscopic sinus surgery
+ Tonsillectomy & adenoidectomy
+ Thyroid and neck mass evaluation
+ Management of hearing loss, vertigo, and sleep apnea
Conduct patient consultations, examinations, and follow-up care
Interpret diagnostic tests (audiograms, imaging, endoscopy)
Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists
Participate in call rotation as required
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the EMR
Follow all clinical, safety, and regulatory guidelines
Qualification
Required
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Completion of ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology residency
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology
Eligible for Oregon medical license
DEA certification (or ability to obtain)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred
Fellowship training (optional, not required)
Experience in a rural or community-based healthcare setting
Commitment to long-term practice in the region
