Responsibilities
Act as the end-to-end owner of payment solutions for e-commerce, driving requirements from concept through launch and iteration
Collaborate with regional teams to understand business needs, market dynamics, and user expectations
Design scalable, compliant, and user-friendly payment products that support various payment flows (PayIn, PayOut, refunds, compliance-related)
Work closely with across-domain engineering and regional/local operational teams to land solutions that deliver business impact and meet local requirements
Drive innovation in payment experiences, optimize for performance (e.g. success rate, conversion, cost), and continuously enhance user trust and satisfaction
Serve as a thought leader and payment product expert, identifying new opportunities for growth and efficiency in global e-commerce payment infrastructure
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of experience in product management, payment solutions, or e-commerce platforms
Experience with end-to-end product management processes, including idea generation, roadmap development, feature prioritization, and launch
Strong understanding of payment systems (PayIn/PayOut), financial compliance, and user experience optimization
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and influence cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and strategic mindset with strong communication, cross-functional and project management skills
Preferred
Familiar with payment landscape and United States' market(s) dynamics
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Tech or other relevant educational background
