HABA FAMILYGROUP is a global toy company focused on child development with over 85 years of history. They are seeking a Social Media & Content Coordinator to manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and foster community growth for their brands HABA and Bella Luna Toys.

Responsibilities
Own day-to-day management of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Plan and manage a cohesive social content calendar across both brands
Publish daily stories, engage with comments, DMs, and customer inquiries
Maintain a consistent, on-brand voice that reflects our values and audience
Research and test new content formats, platform features, and engagement tactics
Support audience growth, engagement, and brand awareness through thoughtful execution
Create original photo and short-form video content for social feeds and stories
Curate and edit content to maintain a visually cohesive and elevated aesthetic
Organize and manage user-generated content (UGC) for use across marketing channels
Scout, outreach, and manage relationships with aligned influencers and creators
Recruit and manage affiliate partnerships
Coordinate content delivery and asset organization
Plan, execute, and manage giveaways across platforms
Collaborate with internal teams, creators, and brand partners to align giveaways with product launches, seasonal moments, and key campaigns
Coordinate rules, timelines, assets, captions, and winner selection in compliance with platform guidelines
Lead media and editorial outreach to secure product features and gift guide placements
Build relationships with editors, writers, and bloggers aligned with the brand
Coordinate product samples and track coverage across media partners
Write SEO-rich craft and lifestyle blog posts aligned with brand storytelling
Produce supporting photography to bring blog content to life
Collaborate with ecommerce and marketing teams to support broader campaigns
Qualification
Required
Strong artistic eye with an instinct for brand aesthetics
Experience shooting and editing short-form video and photography
Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok for a business
Key understanding of content and social media practices to effectively attract new audiences, while deepening engagement with our existing audiences
Ability to write clear, engaging, on-brand copy
Pulse on emerging trends in social media and content creation
Aspirational creative sensibility with a discerning eye for visual and verbal communication
Self-starter with the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
Highly adaptable with the desire to learn new emerging technologies & platforms
