Responsibilities
DEVELOP, PLAN, AND EXECUTE TESTING FOR MAR SYSTEMS TO VERIFY PERFORMANCE, RELIABILITY, INTEROPERABILITY, AND CYBERSECURITY REQUIREMENTS
CREATE AND REVIEW DETAILED TEST PLANS, PROCEDURES, AND STRATEGIES FOR DEVELOPMENTAL, OPERATIONAL, AND INTEGRATION TESTING
COORDINATE AND SUPPORT INTEGRATED TEST TEAM (ITT) ACTIVITIES, ENSURING ALL TEST EVENTS ARE PROPERLY SCHEDULED, RESOURCED, AND DOCUMENTED
PERFORM SYSTEM-LEVEL AND SUBASSEMBLY-LEVEL TESTING USING A BUILDING-BLOCK APPROACH TO ENSURE COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION
PARTICIPATE IN CYBER TABLETOP EXERCISES AND LABORATORY TESTING TO ASSESS CYBERSECURITY RESILIENCE
REVIEW CONTRACTOR TEST PLANS AND PROCEDURES FOR COMPLIANCE WITH PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS AND VERIFICATION METHODS
ANALYZE TEST DATA, DOCUMENT RESULTS, AND PROVIDE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS AND RISK MITIGATION
LEVERAGE LESSONS LEARNED FROM NAVWAR MULTI-GNSS LEGACY PROGRAMS TO OPTIMIZE TEST STRATEGIES AND METHODOLOGIES
SUPPORT PLATFORM SYSTEM INTEGRATION LAB (SIL) TESTING TO VERIFY SUBSYSTEM INTEGRATION WITH DOD AIRCRAFT PLATFORMS
MAINTAIN TRACEABILITY OF TEST REQUIREMENTS TO SYSTEM SPECIFICATIONS, PERFORMANCE METRICS, AND CONTRACT DELIVERABLES
COORDINATE WITH PROGRAM MANAGEMENT, SYSTEMS ENGINEERING, AND ACQUISITION TEAMS TO ENSURE TEST RESULTS INFORM DECISION-MAKING AND MILESTONE APPROVALS
SUPPORT PREPARATION FOR PROGRAM REVIEWS, TECHNICAL INTERCHANGE MEETINGS, AND MILESTONE ASSESSMENTS
ENSURE TEST DOCUMENTATION AND REPORTING COMPLY WITH DOD, AIR FORCE, AND AFLCMC STANDARDS AND REQUIREMENTS
Qualification
Required
Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field and ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, five (5) years of which must be in DoD acquisition; Or
Bachelor's degree in a related field and 15 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five of which must be in DoD acquisition; Or
20 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight of which must be in DoD acquisition

Deep understanding of DoD contracting, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization
Financial acumen and experience with budget development and management

Collaborative mindset, capable of fostering alignment and teamwork across diverse functions
High integrity and ethical standards, with a commitment to company values and customer focus
Must have a minimum of an active U.S. TOP SECRET clearance and be subject to a government security investigation
Driving or renting a car for company business is expected with some frequency. For insurance purposes, a valid driver's license is required
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Position could travel up to 25% of the time out of state and overnight to fulfill contract requirements
