Senior LevelRobert Half is seeking an experienced Attorney/Lawyer to join their team in Calabasas, California or in a remote capacity. This role focuses on labor and employment law defense and involves various litigation tasks, including mediation preparation and drafting legal documents.

Responsibilities
Defend employers in PAGA and wage & hour class action litigation
Draft mediation briefs, deposition outlines, motions, and discovery responses
Handle litigation from pre-suit through resolution
Provide strategic advice and counsel to employer clients on compliance, risk mitigation, and employment policies
Manage a fast-paced, litigation-heavy caseload where no two days are the same
Qualification
Required
Active California Bar membership (required)
Significant experience defending employers in PAGA and wage & hour class actions
Strong background in California labor & employment law
Proven litigation skills, including motion practice and discovery
Preferred
Experience with advice-and-counsel work strongly preferred
Familiarity with Clio or similar case management systems a plus
