Responsibilities
Perform routine and preventive maintenance (PM) on highly automated manufacturing equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
Monitor production, quality, downtime, and waste levels to support operational goals
Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, blueprints, and equipment diagrams
Collaborate effectively with team members and support team goals and objectives
Document maintenance activities using PC tools such as MS Excel and Word
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical diagrams
Familiarity with multimeters, sensor technology, and precision measuring instruments
Flexible and adaptable to work with various equipment, processes, and assignments
Preferred
Experience with Industrial Control Systems (PLC, ladder logic, relay logic, VFD, servo)
Knowledge of robotics and vision systems
Mechanical design skills (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
Experience with SAP or equivalent maintenance management systems
Basic experience with milling, lathe, welding, and bearing press operations
