Bilingual PSA Compliance Manager - St. PJ's Children's Home
Archdiocese of San Antonio Careers is seeking a Bilingual PSA Compliance Manager for St. PJ's Children's Home. The role involves developing and implementing policies related to the prevention and response to sexual abuse and harassment of unaccompanied children, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and facilitating training and program improvements.
Responsibilities
Developing, coordinating, and implementing program policy and procedures related to Interim Final Rule and ORR standards to Prevent, Detect and Respond to Sexual Abuse and Sexual Harassment Involving Unaccompanied Children
Providing oversight and enforcement of program policy and procedures in accordance with Interim Final Rule and ORR standards to Prevent, Detect and Respond to Sexual Abuse and Harassment Involving Unaccompanied Children
Identifying and developing procedures to best utilize community resources and services to provide expertise and support to UC victims of Sexual Abuse and Sexual Harassment
Developing, coordinating and facilitating trainings related to the Prevention, Detection and Responsiveness of Sexual Abuse and Sexual Harassment Involving Unaccompanied Children and ensure annual training requirements are met
Promoting excellence in service implementation and continuous improvement by assessing program service delivery, identifying barriers to effective implementation, and developing action plans to address areas of needed improvement
Collecting data and conducting incident reviews at the conclusion of every investigation of sexual abuse or sexual harassment
Completing monthly, quarterly and annual performance programmatic reports related to UC sexual abuse or sexual harassment, as well as, program quality improvement outcomes
Demonstrating proficiency in knowledge of agency policy, TDFPS Minimum Standards and ORR Policy
Ensuring programmatic services are provided in a manner that promotes best practices and facilitates the optimum delivery of quality trauma informed care to UAC
Actively participating in the enhancement and/or improvement of the living and working environment for residents and employees
Attending administrative staff meetings, staff retreats, and other team building activities as scheduled
Demonstrating proficiency in knowledge of agency policy, TDFPS Minimum Standards and ORR Policy
Demonstrating knowledge and sensitivity of cultural norms, values and heritage
Assuming ON-CALL duties after regular business hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
Must be sensitive to the service population’s cultural and socioeconomic characteristics
Adhering to safety training and protocols on a daily basis, and taking precautionary measure to ensure the safety and well-being of self, others
Responsible for protecting the confidentiality of any information or material obtained in the service with the organization to include but not limited to client names and information, services rendered to clients, donors names and gifts, internal and external investigations or results of any investigations, and financial information
Adherence to the Code of Conduct and the Faith and Moral Policy is mandatory
Every employee is required to take a solution-oriented approach in their interactions and undertakings, as well as being a team member that promotes collaboration and commitment to the Mission and Vision of the organization
Attendance and successful completion of a 10- day New Employee Orientation is mandated for the position. The inability to meet this requirement will conclude employment with the Agency

Qualification
Required
Able to show proof of immunity to vaccine-preventable diseases transmitted by the respiratory route if working directly with unaccompanied children
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in behavioral sciences, human services or social service fields
Minimum one year experience working with child welfare standards, best practices, and compliance
Reliable transportation
Valid driver license
Valid vehicle insurance
Bilingual: Fluent in English/Spanish with regards to reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension of the spoken language
Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Windows (Microsoft Word, Excel) and a variety of online database systems, managing files and records, designing forms and other office procedures and terminology
Strong analytical and organization skills and abilities
Must be able to read and interpret policy, procedures and standards
Must be detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, work well independently and on a team
Must have good written and verbal skills
Must have good critical thinking and problem solving skills
Must be able to remain calm and composed in crisis situations
Preferred
Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish
Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences, human services, or Business Administration/Management
At least one year of experience working with child welfare standards, best practices or quality assurance or compliance
