Responsibilities
Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, C-Corporations, S-Corporations, partnerships, and fiduciary entities
Conduct tax planning and consulting for clients to minimize tax liabilities and enhance compliance
Perform multi-state income tax analysis and ensure proper filing for clients across different jurisdictions
Research and analyze complex tax issues and provide strategic recommendations to clients
Utilize CCH tax software and QuickBooks Online for accurate tax preparation and record-keeping
Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information and documents for tax filings
Assist in the development and implementation of tax strategies that align with clients' financial goals
Mentor and provide guidance to junior tax associates and staff
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3-5+ years experience in tax preparation, planning, and consulting
Strong understanding of U.S. income tax, including multi-state income tax regulations
Experience with C-Corporations, S-Corporations, partnerships, and fiduciary tax returns
Proficient in using CCH tax software and QuickBooks Online
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
CPA or EA (Enrolled Agent) highly preferred
For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
