Responsibilities
Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to determine the user requirements for a feature
Implement features with efficient code that meets existing coding standards and uses established patterns
Break work down into smaller tasks and provide high-confidence time estimates
Effectively communicating, both within the team and across the organization
Acts as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) and guides other engineers by developing and following the playbook, working on call to monitor system/product/service for degradation, downtime, or interruptions, and initiates actions to restore the system/product/service when appropriate

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to C# or JAVA - OR equivalent experience
2+ years experience developing and coordinating features using Microsoft Azure compute, storage, cache, virtual machines (VM's), containers, subnetting, content delivery networks (CDN's) or utilizing a comparable cloud-based web service provider
2+ years experience building RESTful application programming interfaces (API's), utilizing design patterns to ensure code is robust, offloads processing when appropriate and that are designed to scale
Preferred
Understanding test- and performance-driven methodology to build services that ensure our services are secure, robust and handle extremely high scale
Experience in writing code in C# (preferred) and/or other related languages
