Responsibilities
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models for logistics initiatives
Monitor expenditures, labor allocation, and material cost across multiple projects
Track project milestones to ensure accurate revenue recognition and timely billing
Oversee logistics planning for tower builds, equipment deployment, and site operations
Collaborate with supply chain teams to manage procurement schedules, vendor contracts, and inventory levels
Analyze transportation, warehousing, and delivery costs to identify cost-saving opportunities
Ensure timely and cost-effective movement of materials and equipment to project sites
Track logistics KPIs such as delivery accuracy, cost per shipment, and inventory turnover
Track revenue from site leasing, colocation agreements, and service contracts
Collaborate with site managers, legal, accounting, and operations teams to align financial reporting with business goals
Support strategic decision-making with financial and logistical insights
Contribute to continuous improvement of project accounting and logistics tracking systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or related field
3-5 years of experience in business accounting, ideally in telecom, infrastructure, or real estate
Strong understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, and supply chain operations
Proficiency in accounting software and financial modeling tools
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Clean Motor Vehicle Record for the past 3-5 years
Valid driver's license
Clean or acceptable criminal background check
Clean substance screening
