Responsibilities
Lead the future of Revenue Cycle Excellence at Johns Hopkins Howard County Medical Center in Columbia, MD
Establish and ensure adherence to JHM enterprise wide policies as well as implementing best practices and initiatives of the revenue cycle activities to optimize the patient’s financial interaction along the care continuum
Develop and harmonize onsite cash management activities across Johns Hopkins Health System, including management of patient valuables, departmental deposits, and compliant financial teller protocols
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 7-10+ years of progressively responsible related experience in patient access services, registration, scheduling, financial clearance, regulatory compliance, and revenue cycle oversight including 3-5 years of management experience
Preferred
Master's Degree is strongly preferred
Preference will be hospital experience
