Responsibilities

Performs detailed design and modeling of environmental test chambers using Autodesk Inventor, including creation of fabrication drawings and assembly layouts
Ensures designs meet industry standards and reviews engineering documents for accuracy and completeness
Collaborates with other departments, including Manufacturing, Procurement, and Quality, to align design with operational needs
Participates in project planning and design reviews
Leads root cause analysis for design or production issues
Identifies and implements design improvements for performance, cost reduction, and reliability
Maintains and updates internal design standards and engineering practices
Develops tools and processes to improve team

Required

Manages and guides the cabinet engineering team (2-4 employees)

Performs detailed design and modeling of environmental test chambers using Autodesk Inventor
