Community Association Manager (Portfolio)
Leland Management is a locally owned company in Florida recognized as one of Central Florida’s Best Places to Work. They are seeking a Portfolio Community Association Manager to oversee a portfolio of homeowners' and condominium associations, serving as the primary liaison between various stakeholders while ensuring compliance and fostering positive relationships.

Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned associations
Attend and facilitate Board, annual, and special meetings as required
Provide professional guidance to Boards on operational procedures, governing documents, and Florida Statutes
Prepare agendas, board packets, and accurate meeting minutes
Foster positive, long-term client relationships through regular communication and responsiveness
Monitor and manage association budgets in collaboration with Leland’s accounting team
Review monthly financial reports for accuracy and compliance
Assist in the development of annual operating budgets and reserve studies
Approve vendor invoices and oversee accounts payable in coordination with corporate accounting
Ensure vendors fulfill contractual obligations and meet performance expectations
Solicit, review, and present vendor proposals for board consideration
Schedule and supervise routine maintenance and special projects within communities
Coordinate with in-house maintenance and compliance teams when needed
Enforce community rules and covenants per governing documents
Process architectural requests and issue violation letters in accordance with community policies
Maintain current and accurate records in Leland’s community management platforms (e.g., VMS)
Coordinate insurance renewals, claims, and risk management items
Respond to homeowner inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly
Distribute newsletters, community updates, and meeting notices as necessary
Promote positive community culture and uphold Leland’s commitment to exceptional service
Qualification
Required
Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) License – Required
Strong knowledge of Florida Statutes related to HOA/COA governance
Exceptional organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Evening availability for board meetings and occasional site visits
Preferred
Minimum of 2 years' experience in community association management (portfolio setting preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and association management software (VMS preferred)
