CyberCoders is seeking a skilled Aerospace Manufacturing Programming Engineer to join their dynamic team. The role involves developing and optimizing CNC programs to enhance manufacturing processes in the aerospace sector, ensuring precision and quality in production.

Responsibilities
Develop and optimize CNC programs for aerospace components
Collaborate with design engineers to interpret CAD models and technical drawings
Conduct tests and simulations to validate CNC programs and manufacturing processes
Implement quality control measures to ensure adherence to aerospace standards
Participate in process improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures for CNC programming and production
Support troubleshooting and problem-solving activities during the manufacturing process
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in CNC programming, particularly in the aerospace industry
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and best practices
Proficient in CAD/CAM software for programming and design
Knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Excellent project management and communication skills
Hands-on experience with machine tool operation and mechanical design
Preferred
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma techniques is a plus
