Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and PLC-related issues on production equipment and machinery
Perform PLC troubleshooting and basic programming as required
Execute preventive maintenance activities to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
Follow established maintenance schedules and work plans
Fabricate and weld components as needed to support repairs and modifications
Order, track, and manage spare parts and MRO supplies
Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
Assist senior maintenance technicians and support team initiatives
Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational regulations
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
PLC programming and troubleshooting experience
Mechanical, welding, and fabrication knowledge
Understanding of MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) processes
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred
Technical training or certification in electrical, mechanical, or a related field
