Responsibilities
Produce parts at scheduled JPH (jobs per hour)
Maintain a safe and clean work environment (5S)
Lift and place automobile parts on jig for robot welding
Complete production paperwork as required
Read and follow written operational standards and processes
Knowledge of current machinery/equipment
Ability to work effectively and communicate with all levels of Topre and related departments
Written and Verbal communication skills
Work with a team to assemble entire products or components
Rotate through tasks for specific production processes
Conduct quality inspections on products and parts
Prepare finished products for shipment
Maintain a clean and orderly work area
Qualification
Required

Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, etc.)
Basic math skills required
Must be available to work any shift including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
Must be able to stand, walk, and bend 100% of the time
Work with a team to assemble entire products or components
Rotate through tasks for specific production processes
Conduct quality inspections on products and parts
Prepare finished products for shipment
Maintain a clean and orderly work area
Preferred
Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields
Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Ability to work well in teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
