Real Estate Assistant/Project Manager

Business Virtual Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support their investment and renovation business. The role involves managing daily operations of renovation projects, communicating with contractors, and organizing project documentation.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily operations of active flip/renovation projects
Conduct scheduled site visits to take photos, gather updates, and verify work progress
Communicate with contractors using correct construction terms when requesting updates or clarifications
Organize project files, bids, scopes of work, invoices, permits, and progress photos
Track project timelines, budgets, and materials delivered to each property
Flag delays, issues, or discrepancies and report them to the business owners
Support acquisitions tasks when needed (pulling comps, researching properties, organizing leads)
Complete personal assistant tasks such as scheduling, errands, and basic admin support

Qualification

Required

Experience working in real estate, construction, admin support, or renovation projects
Familiarity with renovation terminology or the ability to learn quickly
Reliable transportation for occasional jobsite visits
Strong communication skills — able to ask clear questions and follow up with contractors
Organized, dependable, and tech-savvy (Google Sheets, email, CRM/project tools)

Preferred

Background supporting real estate investors, agents, property managers, or contractors
Ability to read simple scopes of work, estimates, or bids
Comfortable balancing office duties with field-based tasks
