Lead high-value, complex projects across the full lifecycle
Act as a senior client-facing leader and trusted advisor

Qualification
Required
10+ years in engineering, construction, and owner's representation

Proven leadership and team management experience
Strong technical foundation with the ability to operate both in detail and at a strategic level
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated experience executing projects in NYC from construction through completion
