Executive Administrative Assistant to the Head of School
Trinity Christian Academy is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high level administrative support to the Head of School. The role involves managing calendars, serving as a key point of contact, and ensuring efficient operation of the Head of School's office.
Responsibilities
Manage calendars and schedules with accuracy and discretion
Serve as a professional and welcoming point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the Head of School
Prepare, draft, and edit correspondence, emails, and presentations
Organize and support meetings with logistics, agendas, note taking, and follow up actions
Provide hospitality to guests and prospective families reflecting the warmth and mission of TCA
Maintain organized systems for documents, communications, and files
Assist with school wide projects, communications, and initiatives directed by the Head of School
Demonstrate financial acumen and attention to detail in handling budgets, reports, or expenses
Exhibit strong written and oral communication skills in all forms of correspondence
Qualification
Required
Experience in Executive or Administrative support roles preferred
Bachelor's degree or higher
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, take initiative, and maintain confidentiality
Familiarity with academic or ministry settings is desirable
