Akkodis is seeking an IT Business Analyst for a contract with a client in Beverly Hills, CA. The ideal candidate will conduct IT audits, prepare implementation work packages, and ensure governance compliance.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive IT audits and discovery for acquired entities, identifying infrastructure, applications, and interdependencies critical to integration planning
Develop detailed IT discovery documentation and mapping to support integration strategies and downstream technical execution
Collaborate with business units, project managers, and technical teams to validate findings, resolve discrepancies, and ensure alignment on scope
Prepare structured, actionable work packages for implementation engineers, ensuring clarity, completeness, and readiness for execution
Maintain governance, compliance, and documentation standards throughout discovery and handoff processes
Act as a liaison between business and technical delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from discovery to integration execution within the M&A workstream

Required

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of experience in IT discovery, IT audit, infrastructure/application assessments, or M&A integration support
Strong ability to conduct IT audits and capture detailed infrastructure, application, and dependency data for integration planning
Proven experience preparing structured, actionable work packages and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth transition from discovery to execution
