Junior Product Specialist
Spotix Inc is a growing e-commerce company specializing in premium hearth, patio, and outdoor living products. They are seeking a Junior Product Specialist to support customers, learn a technical product catalog, and assist with product and sales-related questions.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls, chats, and emails
Learn and support a large catalog of hearth, patio, and outdoor living products
Guide customers toward the right product based on needs, specifications, and budget
Assist with quotes, product documentation, and order coordination
Provide post-sale product support, basic troubleshooting, and order status updates
Support active customer projects and escalate complex issues when needed
Work closely with teammates and vendors to support customers throughout their projects
Work across Shopify, NetSuite, and support tools
Accurately document customer interactions and follow-ups
Qualification
Required
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during the workday
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a consultative sales style
Comfortable learning and working across multiple software systems and tools
Fast learner comfortable handling technical products
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Willing to engage with customers while still learning
Occasional overnight travel may be required for training and vendor visits
Preferred
DIY, trade, construction, or home-improvement experience (personal or professional)
Prior customer service or inside sales experience
