Sales Director

Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned to company goals and the education marketplace
Own revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking
Manage the full sales cycle, including CRM accuracy and reporting
Build and maintain strong relationships with key education customers
Oversee reseller and strategic partner relationships
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience and drive growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
5–10 years of progressive sales experience
Direct experience selling into K–12, education, or education-adjacent markets
Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience with both direct sales and reseller/channel partners
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Data-driven mindset with CRM proficiency

Master's preferred
