Responsibilities
Administer and optimize Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence Cloud across enterprise teams
Configure advanced workflows, schemes, dashboards, automations, and integrations aligned with SAFe and Agile standards
Manage user access, SSO, and security governance while ensuring compliance and audit readiness
Provide Tier 2/3 support, lead upgrades and change management, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive platform adoption
Mentor junior admins and serve as the Atlassian SME
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience as a Jira Administrator in enterprise Agile environments
Strong hands-on experience with Jira Cloud, Jira Service Management, and Confluence Cloud
Deep understanding of SAFe, Agile, and enterprise delivery models
Experience with Atlassian Access, SSO integrations, and identity management
Proven experience implementing Jira automation, integrations, and dashboards at scale
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
