Responsibilities
Responsible for all production and repair activities in support of assigned product lines
Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
Initiates and drives to completion productivity projects across all of operations
Subject matter expert on CI and electro/mechanical production processes
Authors or edits procedures through the change management process
Designs, develops, and implements cost-effective methods of producing and repairing products for all phases of manufacturing
Designs and validates production processes and fixtures in accordance with product and customer specifications
Transitions production solutions between factories during product acquisitions. Up to 10% travel may be required for both domestic and international product acquisition/training
Interfaces with management to present program status, capital requests, or productivity initiatives
Qualification
Required
To conform to U.S. export control regulations, applicant should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government
Bachelor's Degree, prefer Industrial/Mechanical Engineering plus a minimum 0-2 years direct industry experience or an equivalent combination of education and industry experience
Strong analytical skills required e.g., demonstrated ability to take data from varying sources, analyze, interpret, and use to make business decisions
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and build a consensus in a high-pressure environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
