Integrity Marketing Group is focused on empowering families and building wealth. As a Life & Wealth Sales Advisor, you will help clients secure their financial futures by teaching financial concepts and designing personalized wealth strategies.

Responsibilities

Teach simple, practical financial concepts to individuals, families, and small groups
Host or participate in workshops, info sessions, and community events
Analyze clients’ financial situations, priorities, and long-term goals
Build personalized financial plans centered on protection, legacy building, and growth
Recommend solutions that help clients prepare for life’s big moments—from retirement to emergencies to wealth transfer
Help clients understand the 'why' behind life insurance and wealth-building tools
Match clients with policies that align with their protection needs and financial dreams
Stay updated on tax laws, regulatory changes, and compliance standards
Use financial tools, CRMs, and software to manage client portfolios and prepare detailed reports
Translate complex concepts (asset allocation, retirement strategy, cash value growth, etc.) into easy-to-understand language
Maintain long-term relationships through consistent check-ins, education, and high-quality service

Qualification

Preferred

Experience in financial services, sales, consulting, or customer-facing roles
Understanding of financial concepts (banking, accounting, investments, planning)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic financial tools
Solid math skills and analytical thinking
Background in public or corporate accounting is a plus
