Director/ExecutiveJOIN Orlando is seeking a JSU Teen Director to create, plan, and implement programs for teens. This role focuses on mentoring teens and fostering leadership development while ensuring a safe and inclusive environment.

Creating, planning, and implementing programs and events to engage and inspire teens
Mentoring and building relationships with teens, fostering leadership development and community involvement
Coordinating schedules and managing volunteers
Maintaining communication with teens and their families
Collaborating with other staff members to meet organizational goals
Creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all teens
Qualification
Required
Program Development and Event Planning expertise
Relationship-building and Leadership Development skills
Communication, Collaboration, and Team Management abilities
Knowledge of Teen Engagement and Youth Programming strategies
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
Preferred
Experience in a leadership role within youth-focused organizations is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, or a related field is preferred
