Conducting work measurement and other studies on plastic materials to ensure that they meet pre-determined specifications
Making lab batches of product samples
Collecting and analyzing quality related data
Executing test procedures that help ensure the optimum use of raw materials in production scale batches
May involve additional responsibilities and opportunities as they become necessary and/or are assigned by management
Qualification
Required
recent experience working in a laboratory or quality control / quality assurance role
The ability to maintain strong attention to detail in a fast paced environment
The ability to work a night shift or a day shift as assigned by management
The aptitude and desire necessary to be a good student of Poly-America processes, equipment, and procedures
