Responsibilities
In-depth knowledge of semiconductor characterization, qualification, and reliability tests, including ESD/Latch-up, HTOL, ELFR, TC, bHAST, uHAST, etc
Strong failure analysis (FA) techniques to diagnose and improve analog/mixed-signal ICs and modules
Knowledge of statistical tools like JMP and experience in handling and presenting large datasets in a meaningful fashion
Knowledge of IC manufacturing processes, including fab, assembly, and test
Experience in bringing new products from definition to production release, including characterization and reliability testing
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's or an MS in electrical engineering
5+ years of experience in post-silicon characterization and reliability testing
In-depth knowledge of semiconductor characterization, qualification, and reliability tests, including ESD/Latch-up, HTOL, ELFR, TC, bHAST, uHAST, etc
