The role involves developing and managing the Integrated Master Schedule and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure project execution aligns with established timelines.

Responsibilities
Develop and document the standards and processes for integrated master scheduling at NuScale Power with a focus on integration across large programs
Lead the development and management of the Integrated Master Schedule and coordinate with project controls leads to incorporate Program Level Schedules and other external schedules. Develop and maintain a basis of schedule document
Issue periodic status reports related to program/project progress including critical path analysis, milestone variances, milestone completions, and top-level resource issues
Lead the resolution of issues among various stakeholders
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A minimum of a B.S. or B.A. degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Accounting, or Business Administration is required
Directly applicable technical working experience is required
Minimum of 8 years of full-time working experience in a project planning / scheduling for large projects is required
Planning, Scheduling, Last Planner, Primavera P6 (mandatory)
Eligible to work under Department of Energy regulation 10 CFR, Part 810
Preferred
Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills, with an emphasis on coordinating conflicting demands and priorities
Strong technical writing skills
Good communication, computer, presentation and interpersonal skills
Exceptional organization skills and ability to manage complex programs/projects with multiple work phases
