Customer Engagement and Loyalty Intern- Summer 2026
GoTo Foods is seeking enthusiastic and driven students for their 2026 Summer Internship Program. The Customer Engagement & Loyalty intern will explore and analyze communication preferences and engagement strategies to enhance loyalty programs, particularly focusing on Gen Z audiences.

Responsibilities
Explore and analyze communication preferences, engagement strategies, and overall sentiment toward loyalty programs
Leverage data and customer insights to design strategies and tactics that increase loyalty acquisition, retention, and engagement
Recommend tools, promotions, training, and in-store tactics to ensure a consistent and compelling member experience
Qualification
Required
Must be currently pursuing a bachelors or master's degree relevant to the discipline (Marketing, Business, Communications, etc.)
Must be currently enrolled as a junior, senior, or graduate student, with an expected graduation date in May 2026, August 2026, December 2026, or May 2027
Experience synthesizing qualitative research into insights
Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Proven work ethic
Ability to work well with others
Positive attitude
Willingness and eager to learn
Knows how to take initiative

Preferred
Strong preference for local Atlanta based candidates
Work experience is not required, but any work experience is a plus
