Responsibilities
Develops and documents processes for ensuring Florida Digital Service contractors and staff are CJIS compliant
Monitors CJIS compliance for all contractors and staff
Manages and maintains multiple inboxes for the Florida Digital Service’s Office of Operations and Program Oversight team, schedules meetings, reserves meeting rooms and ensures timely communication of changes in meeting time or location. Responds to all emails and/or calls within one business day. Proficient in the operation of office equipment; maintains a central filing system in SharePoint to support assigned functions, duties, and responsibilities using effective organizational and filing methods to ensure seamless coverage when out of the office
Maintains a working knowledge of current established policies, procedures, and directives necessary to accomplish assignments and responsibilities and provides guidance to staff, contractors, and other agencies regarding CJIS compliance
Other duties and special assignments as needed
Qualification
Required
Two years of administrative, office support, or customer service experience
Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to critically think
Ability to organize, coordinate, schedule, and manage multiple inboxes
Ability to implement effective time management skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to provide attention to detail and consistency
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Ability to maintain confidential information
Ability to handle a high volume of work
Criminal background investigation including fingerprinting and statewide and national criminal history records check per Section 110.1127 Florida Statutes, Chapter 435 Florida Statutes and the Federal Bureau of Investigation's CJIS Security Policy CJISD-ITS-DOC-08140
