Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Commercial Subcontractor)
Price Industries is seeking a skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to support their painting subcontracting office team. The role involves managing AIA billing, handling contracts, and providing general administrative support in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities
Prepare and manage AIA billing and progress payment applications
Handle contracts, change orders, and project documentation
Create and track proposals and purchase orders
Maintain and update company insurance and certificates of insurance
Assist with employee benefits administration and records
Process and reconcile invoices and payments in QuickBooks
Support the Estimator and Project Manager with bids, job setup, and project tracking using Google Drive and Google Calendar
Support executive administrative tasks such as transcription, document signing via DocuSign, and general office management
Communicate with clients, general contractors, and suppliers in a professional manner
Perform general office and administrative support as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in the construction or subcontracting field (painting experience preferred)
Proficiency with QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Adobe PDF, Microsoft Excel and construction documentation
Knowledge of AIA billing, change orders, and insurance compliance
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
