Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and customize Actimize IFM to meet business and regulatory requirements
Install and configure Actimize Platform components, including AIS, ActOne, and UDM
Build and enhance Policy Manager rules, workflows, and DARTS
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Actimize modules
Perform detailed root cause analysis to reduce issue recurrence
Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and project managers throughout the SDLC
Conduct unit testing, system testing, performance testing, and integration testing
Create and maintain documentation: technical specs, installation guides, and troubleshooting steps
Install product patches and service packs; perform upgrades of Actimize platform and solutions
Participate in Agile sprint planning, backlog grooming, and documenting deliverables
Ensure all deliverables meet high‑quality standards and comply with regulatory/internal controls
Provide mentoring and technical guidance to junior developers
Qualification
Required
6–8 years of hands‑on Actimize experience
Strong expertise in Actimize IFM, AIS, ActOne, UDM, Policy Manager, workflows, and DARTS
Proven ability to troubleshoot technical and integration issues
Experience working across full SDLC in Agile environments
Strong documentation and communication skills
