Perform a variety of installations, repair and preventive maintenance duties on buildings, equipment and grounds
Responsible for repairing and maintaining non-critical utility systems and components of critical utility systems

Qualification

Engineering trade skillsBuilding maintenance experienceTechnical skillsCustomer service skillsHealthcare experience

Required

Skilled in at least one engineering trade, with practical experience in other trades
2 years of experience in a trade or general building maintenance OR completed education in the field of engineering in lieu of experience
Self-starter with excellent technical and customer service skills
