They are seeking an IAM Business Analyst to collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather and analyze IAM business requirements, and support the design and implementation of IAM solutions.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze IAM business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and process improvements
Support the design, implementation, and optimization of IAM solutions, including user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
Conduct gap analyses and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies related to identity and access
Develop and maintain documentation for IAM processes, workflows, and system configurations to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Partner with IT security, compliance, and audit teams to ensure IAM controls meet regulatory and organizational standards (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR)
Monitor IAM system performance and user access patterns to identify anomalies and support incident response efforts
Assist in the evaluation and selection of IAM tools and technologies, contributing to vendor assessments and proof-of-concept initiatives
Provide training and support to stakeholders on IAM policies, procedures, and tools
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in identity governance and administration
Qualification
Required
4+ years of Business Analyst work
Strong understanding of IAM concepts
Experience in the following:
