Identify & Acquire Clients
Engage the community to find individuals and families who can benefit from life insurance, income protection, retirement strategies, and cash value growth solutions
Educate Clients on Financial Concepts
Teach simple concepts related to:
Life and income protection
Family security strategies
Cash value accumulation
Legacy and generational wealth building
Help clients understand the importance of preparing for the unexpected
Assess Client Needs
Analyze clients’ current financial situations, goals, and priorities
Conduct needs‑based assessments to determine appropriate strategies and protection levels
Recommend Tailored Solutions
Match clients with life insurance policies and wealth‑building tools suited to their goals
Explain policy features, benefits, and long‑term value clearly and confidently
Support Long‑Term Financial Security
Help clients create flexible, actionable plans for their future
Stay informed on regulations, compliance, tax rules, and protection strategies
Build & Maintain Client Relationships
Provide high‑quality service through ongoing check‑ins, policy reviews, and education
Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and financial software
Qualification
Preferred
Experience in financial services, insurance, sales, consulting, or customer service
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Comfort talking with new people
Interest in financial literacy, family protection, and wealth strategies
Ability to manage appointments, follow‑ups, and client data
Analytical and problem‑solving ability
