Responsibilities

Originate residential mortgage loans (Purchase, Refinance, FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA)
Build and manage a personal pipeline of borrowers and referral partners
Take complete loan applications and assess borrower qualifications
Educate borrowers on loan options, pricing, and the mortgage process
Leverage Angel Ai to automate follow-ups, manage tasks, and improve borrower communication
Collaborate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to ensure smooth, on-time closings
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and company lending regulations
Deliver a high-quality borrower experience supported by modern systems

Qualification

NMLS licenseMortgage origination experienceTechnology proficiencyCommunication skillsOrganization skillsRelationship-building skillsSelf-motivated

Required

Active NMLS license (Missouri required; additional states a plus)
Comfortable with technology and AI-assisted tools
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and accountable

Preferred

1–2+ years of mortgage origination experience preferred
