Manage physical and digital filing systems, handle incoming mail/packages, and maintain office supply inventory
Act as a point of contact for inquiries via phone and email; greet guests and clients professionally
Assist with coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and booking conference rooms
Help prepare reports, memos, and presentations; perform data entry with high accuracy
Support senior staff with event planning, travel arrangements, or departmental projects as needed
