Training Participation: Engage in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualification
Required
Must hold a valid Property & Casualty Insurance Producer license
Exemplary verbal and written communication skills are essential
A committed approach to understanding and meeting client needs
Proficiency in using CRM systems and virtual meeting platforms
Ability to address challenges with creative solutions
Capable of performing efficiently in a hybrid work environment
Demonstrated skill in cultivating and maintaining professional relationships
