Responsibilities
Accurately and timely scan images into the ImageCentre imaging system
Assist assigned departments with file organization, including cleaning out old files and preparing documents for scanning
Perform basic editing tasks on imaged documents, such as rescanning bad or missing images and rotating skewed pages
Collaborate with image editors to facilitate the timely progress of imaging projects

Ability to work under deadlines
Self-motivation
High school diploma or equivalent
Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail required
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and programs with working knowledge of Word and Excel
Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
Meet deadlines and show flexibility to change direction when needed
Team-oriented and the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization
Service-oriented, polite, and respectful
Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
