Responsibilities
Being the end-to-end leader in charge of the program, from shaping the approach to achieving the desired outcomes through delivery
Project Planning: Develop and implement long-term strategies for data center construction and network build projects to align with organizational goals
Partner with the design team to ensure design and construction are fully coordinated in advance of contracting
Partner with Construction team to ensure collaboration and seem less handoff
Project Management: Oversee all phases of complex data center construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Tenant Fit Out and LV Integration: Work closely throughout design, construction, commissioning and LV fit out to fully coordinate and integrate the separate scopes of tenant fit out projects with the overall project scope
Vendor Management: Select, negotiate, and manage external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success
Budget Oversight: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial constraints
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and costs
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns
Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of construction and operational efficiency
Regular project visits to ensure schedule, coordination, and quality will be required throughout the life of the project on an as needed basis
Qualification
Required
3 to 5+ years of experience in program management or related field
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive plans for operational excellence
Experience managing high-stakes vendor relationships
Ability to navigate regulatory compliance complexities
Experience in risk anticipation and mitigation in project delivery
Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end delivery of network and data center capacity
Experience overseeing data center focused projects and initiatives
Ability to engage with leadership and project management teams
Experience in project planning and management for data center construction projects
Experience in vendor management including selection, negotiation, and management
Experience in budget oversight and cost-effective resource management
Experience in stakeholder communication and project status updates
Experience in quality assurance and implementing quality control processes
Willingness to conduct regular project visits throughout the project lifecycle

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
