Qualification
Required
Active Wisconsin Real Estate License - (Can be Reactivated)
On-site availability for coaching, aligned with our training and development sprint
Comfort and proficiency with technology platforms, including CRM systems, communication tools, and digital marketing software
Ability to quickly learn and apply new systems, processes, and tools
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Coachable mindset with a willingness to follow proven systems
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
