Responsibilities
Design, develop, enhance, debug, test, and maintain enterprise-level software applications
Support business units and internal teams by delivering reliable and scalable solutions
Participate in the design and implementation of complex applications using modern technologies
Provide technical direction and contribute to system architecture decisions
Act as a senior technical resource and subject matter expert
Lead projects and guide team members on special initiatives or operational tasks
Collaborate with external developers and vendors to ensure timely software delivery
Maintain accountability for technical quality, best practices, and knowledge sharing
Work independently with minimal supervision while following high-level guidance
Qualification
Required
12 years' of experience
Strong programming/development skills in Java, Oracle, PL/SQL, J2EE
Experience with Kafka, Cloud technologies, and API Gateways
Working knowledge of MongoDB
Experience using source control/version control systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-diagnosis skills with the ability to propose effective solutions
Experience designing and executing test plans and performing gap analysis
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Exposure to .NET is a plus
