Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Honest Abe's Home Services is seeking a customer-oriented Service Representative to act as a liaison for providing product and service information while resolving customer issues. The role involves managing customer interactions, ensuring high satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of customer communications.
Consumer Services
Responsibilities
Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Make large amounts of outbound calls
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Follow up with customers on the quality of the service technician provided during their service call
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Extreme enthusiasm for the company and what it provides to their customers and employees!
Qualification
Required
High school degree
Ability to relocate to Osage Beach, MO 65065 before starting work
Preferred
