Responsibilities
As the face of GOOD IDEA always be engaging, passionate and knowledgeable
Understanding of GOOD IDEA’s features and benefits
Educate and engage consumers about our unique brand proposition to increase brand awareness and trial
Execute GOOD IDEA initiative and activation requirements
Generate sales of GOOD IDEA during in store demos
Execute merchandising standards when in store
Develop and maintain relationships with store personnel
Sampling/event set up and break down
Submit activation report and feedback in a timely manner
Identify future sampling and event opportunities

Qualification
Required
Engaging and strong communicator
Passion for a healthy lifestyle and clean products
Loves to sell, enjoys friendly competition and eager to develop skill set
Outgoing personality with ability to rebound from rejection
Independently motivated and committed
Ability and willingness to work nontraditional hours (Thursday-Sunday Preferred)
Ability and willingness to work 4-hour shifts or longer
Flexible and adaptable to last-minute changes
Smartphone to submit activation results, feedback, photos, hours and mileage
A valid driver's license
Reliable, personal transportation (Mileage/ travel reimbursement is paid)
Ability to lift 30+ pounds
