Program Director
Sevita is a leading provider of home and community-based specialized health care, and they are seeking a dedicated Program Director to oversee IDD services. This role involves managing a caseload, ensuring high-quality support for individuals served, and being on call for emergencies.

Responsibilities
Oversee the implementation of individualized, person-centered plans focused on health, safety, and personal growth
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
Manage day-to-day program operations, caseloads of 30+ individuals, and stakeholder relationships
Maintain a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment
Travel to assigned group homes, community meetings, and off-site locations as needed (mileage reimbursed)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or a related field
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A reliable self-starter who is punctual, accountable, and willing to go the extra mile for the people we serve
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to support and guide staff
Comfortable with an on-call rotation and capable of addressing emergencies
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, car registration, and auto insurance
Preferred
Experience in case management or similar roles strongly preferred due to the demands of carrying a large caseload
