Responsibilities
Serve as the point of contact for individual districts/schools nationwide to ensure a successful implementation through coaching and resource creation aligned to their goals
Maintain in-depth knowledge of QuaverEd curricula
Lead virtual and in-person training sessions for teachers on QuaverMusic resources
Travel to school sites to coach and train teachers and other education stakeholders in understanding and using the QuaverMusic resources
Host virtual events for current users and prospective customers
Attend national conferences to represent QuaverEd in booths and lead workshop sessions
Assist in sales presentations as approved
Collaborate with other departments to support their projects and initiatives as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Music Education or related field
Experienced educator with 5+ years experience in Elementary or Middle School setting
Experience with online curricula implementation and curriculum development
Experience teaching both large and small groups of adult learners
Proficiency in Google Suites, Zoom, and Learning Management Systems
Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work independently with discretion and integrity
Adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning
Preferred
Additional Certifications or National Affiliations preferred
Training and/or instructional coaching experience preferred
