The role involves providing exceptional customer service, maintaining and growing the customer base, and collaborating with the sales team to drive product sales.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone and via text that is friendly, helpful, fast, and accurate
Maintain and grow existing customer base
Build relationship with customers: answer customer questions and ask follow up questions to determine their needs
Provide post-sale customer support, including follow-ups, troubleshooting, invoice concerns, etc
Work closely with sales team, sales managers, pricing and purchasing team to determine proper pricing
Act as an extension of the outside sales force to proactively grow product sales
Maintain profitable standards
Inform and explain ongoing and upcoming special promotions, programs, and spiffs
Process customer payments, returns, and credits
Suggest, promote, sell, and upsell products to increase sales volume
Secure market level pricing feedback from customers and provide timely price information to sales and product managers
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, purchasing notes, flyers, trade magazines
Review Wolff Notes on a daily/weekly basis
Other duties as assigned
Travel as needed
Qualification
Required
Previous customer service required (2-3 yrs)
Ability to use Outlook, Teams, MS Office, Text, Internet

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
Preferred
Previous inside or outside sales preferred
Previous HVAC, plumbing, electrical products knowledge (2-3yrs)
Familiar with ProKeep, IBMi a plus
